Returns:

Due to the personalized nature of Twinkle Little Charms products under most circumstances we are unable to accept returns.The only returns accepted will be if an item is lost or damaged in shipping or if a mistake in spelling is made on our part.

Payment:
We are happy to accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is free and easy to use. You can pay via credit card, e-check or directly from your bank account. If you do not have a PayPal account I highly recommend establishing one. This is the most secure form of payment because I do not see your personal information! However even if you do not have a PayPal account, I can still process your transaction with a credit card through paypal. At the checkout, there is an option for customers without a PayPal account. You will be directed to PayPal and asked for minimal information in order for your payment to be processed.

Privacy:

Twinkle Little Charms will not disclose to any third party or use other than for the purposes of this Agreement any information obtained during or in connection with the fulfillment of this Agreement, which is of a confidential nature relating to the business, products, services, or business strategies offered or employed by the Customer.
 

Shipping:

All items will be shipped via Priority Mail through the US Post Office. The price for shipping will be $7.95. This price includes insurance.
 

Delivery:

Please allow at least a minimum of 14 business days for delivery. Rush orders are available for an additional charge. Please email your request to info@twinklelittlecharms.com. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays determined by the USPS. Occasionally, items are back-ordered. If this is the case, you will be notified in a timely manner. You will then be eligible for either a refund or credit for another item.
 

Gift Wrap:

All jewelry items are gift wrapped in a beautiful sachet bag and include a gift card at no additional charge.
 

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are available in any denomination you choose and may be redeemed on any of our products.
